This option combines both my Birth Doula and Postnatal Doula services to give you consistent support throughout your journey into parenthood. With one person by your side from pregnancy through to the early weeks post-birth, you won’t have to repeat yourself, re-explain your needs, or figure things out alone.
I offer this support in York and surrounding areas.
You’ll get everything included in the individual packages, plus:

2 additional hours of antenatal support
Use this time however works best for you — extra birth prep, attending appointments, creating your postnatal plan, or anything else that would help you feel prepared. -
Access to my TENS machine and birth ball
Optional extras to support your comfort during labour.
This package is ideal if you value consistency, want a clear plan of support across every stage, or simply don’t want to have to juggle multiple professionals during a big life transition.
