York Postnatal Doula Support

Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, I’ll be there to help you feel more confident, more rested, and more supported — however that looks for you. I offer postnatal support in York and surrounding areas.

This York postnatal doula package includes:

• 1-hour postnatal planning session
  We’ll create a flexible plan together — either before or after the birth — to explore what support might help you feel most held in those early days. You will be given my postnatal planning template to fill out either with me in our session or on your own time.

• 15 hours of in-person postnatal support
  These hours are completely flexible (minimum 2 hours per visit) and can be used however you need:
  ▸ Feeding support (breast/chest/bottle)
  ▸ Emotional support and reassurance
  ▸ Looking after baby or older siblings so you can rest
  ▸ Making light meals, helping with small tasks
  ▸ Just being a calm, steady presence when you need one

• Ongoing support via phone/email
  You’ll be able to contact me between visits for questions or reassurance. I am here for you.

• Access to my postnatal library
  Including a downloadable postnatal plan and curated resources to help you navigate this new chapter. You also get access to my postnatal books including The Positive Breastfeeding Book & The first Forty Days.

Additional hours can be added at £35/hour, or you can book sessions individually if that suits you better — just get in touch to chat through your needs.
