Birth Doula
- Four hours of antenatal sessions where we will go through some antenatal education, you can ask me questions and we can put together your birthing plan. These sessions are yours to do with as you please.

- Constant access to me via phone/email

- Two weeks prior to your due date I will go on-call for your labour 24/7 until the birth. I will attend your labour for as long as I am needed
​
- One 2 hour postnatal session within two weeks of the birth, it's a chance for me to signpost any help you may want.
​
- A session for us to debrief on your birth experience (usually after 8-12 weeks) and a chance for me to signpost any help you may want
​
- Full access to my birthing library.

Postnatal Doula
As your postnatal doula I am here to support your transition into parenthood, be it your first child or your fourth!
I am here to listen, support you with breastfeeding, take baby or siblings for short periods so you can have a nap or a shower, make breakfasts and/or light lunches and provide you with practical and emotional support as well as signposting any additional help you may want.

This package includes:
- 1 hour session to go through your postnatal plan (can be before or after the birth)
​
- 15 hours of in-person support
(a minimum of 2 hours per session but these can be distributed as you wish)
​
- Constant access to me via the phone/email
​
- Full access to my postnatal library
​
(more hours can be added for additional hourly rates of £35. If you don't want to purchase a package you can contact me to discuss what it is you're looking for)

The Full Doula
In this package you get everything from both my Birth Doula and Postnatal Doula package.
​
This continuity of care is something that many people find helpful, particularly as they enter the transition phase after the birth of their baby.
​
In addition to everything available in the other packages you will get an extra 2 hours of antenatal sessions. These can be used to attend appointments, go through additional antenatal education, create your postnatal plan or whatever else you wish for us to do.
You will also get access to my TENs machine and birth ball.

Power Hour
In this hour long call we can cover anything you want. Whether you're wanting to go through your birth plan, discuss the postnatal period or if you're wanting someone to talk through your experiences with. This session is whatever you want it to be.

Sometimes all we need is a little extra support with that one thing that's on our minds in order for us to feel empowered and heard.
​
